All Purchases Subjected To Following Terms
Shipping times aren't the same as processing order time frame. Some items like bleached shirts can take up to 12-14 days to process before shipping especially if it's a shirt order I don't keep in stock. Please keep in mind all items are made to order for you! Turn around time is 15-21 business days on all products unless stated otherwise. Turn Around Time (TAT) does not include weekends &/or holidays. TAT for ready to ship items are 5-7 business days unless stated otherwise.
No exchanges or returns are accepted on order from M+M Designs. Washing instructions are included with every order. If you do not follow washing instructions we are not liable for any items being damaged. Before placing an order make sure you are 100% ok with your order because we will not cancel any orders once they are submitted. We do accept shop credit for items purchased from M+M Designs. If you need an item by a certain time, please email me at MM_Designs21@yahoo.com before placing your order to ensure we can create and deliver that item in the timeframe you need it.
If your purchase arrives damaged or inaccurate, please send me an email to MM_Designs21@yahoo.com within 3 days. Three days include business, weekends and holidays. After the 3 days we are not liable.
We are not responsible for packages once they have been dropped off with USPS. If you believe your package is lost, please contact the shipping company to file a claim. We will not refund, remake, or credit your account for any order lost or damaged by USPS.
Orders are sent to the shipping address entered on the order form. Make sure the address you entered is complete and accurate. M+M Designs is not responsible for packages that are non-deliverable due to incorrect shipping addresses. If returned the buyer must repay shipping to have it shipped again to correct address.
